If in this case there was a dial-up – your phone is of old model and does not support the callback function in a standard way. The outgoing calls will work through the prefix. If you can not dial through the prefix *146*, too, you need to change the operator manually and try again to dial through the prefix. If the attempt is not successful, you must complete the application and send it to the TezGSM support service.
