What should I do when my TezGSM CLUB Visa doesn't work?

TezGSM -

First, run a few checks:
• Check that you have sufficient funds;
• Check that your card is not damaged;
• Check that your card has not expired;
• Ensure that the card has not been blocked on your instruction;
• Make sure you are using the correct PIN;
• If you are online or on the phone, check that you have entered the card number and other details correctly;
• Make sure that Visa is accepted as a method of payment at the place where you are trying to use TezGSM CLUB Visa. 

If the card still doesn't work, contact Customer Services by writing to info@tezgsmclub.com or calling on +371 66 010 101 (Mon to Fri 8.30 am - 6pm and Sat 8.30am - 5pm).
