Money has been taken off the bank card but the balance has not been topped-up

TezGSM guarantees that your money will not be lost in the process of buying or refilling the cards. If you replenished the balance but money are not credited to the TezGSM card within an hour – please contact TezGSM support service. Most probably a failure has occurred in the payment system: you money had been frozen on the account and will be returned after a short period of time.
