When applying to the TezGSM support service, for qualitative and quick solution to problems with communication you will need to provide the operator with the following information: 1) TezGSM telephone number, with which the problem occurred 2) Phone model, in which TezGSM SIM-card is inserted 3) Country, in which the problem with communication occurred 4) Operator, active at the moment of problem 5) Phone number, on which there was a call /SMS 6) The exact time down to minutes, when the problem occurred 7) Perhaps, the operator will ask IMEI code of your mobile device (dial *#06# and you will see this code)
