What to do if my TezGSM CLUB Visa is lost or stolen?

If you lose your TezGSM CLUB Visa or suspect that it has been stolen or used by someone other than you, you must contact a TezGSM representative immediately:

• Online: log into your Personal Account, switch to "My Cards" tab and click the "Lost" or "Stolen" option next to the relevant card image;
• By telephone: call our 24-hour lost and stolen card hotline +371 6601 0101.

We will cancel your TezGSM CLUB Visa. Upon your request, we will investigate any disputed transaction or misuse of your TezGSM CLUB Visa, which may require assistance from you. Please note that until you notify us, you are responsible for any transactions made on the card.
